My practice strives to provide comprehensive care in a supportive environment that is accessible and useful. The use of online tools allows me to get information to you and from you more easily and enables me to provide you with the supports you need to feel better and be well.
The links below will assist you with access to your care tools more easily if you are in need and will enable me to provide you with the best care possible, which is what you deserve.
Appointments can either be in office or via Telehealth, using a platform called Doxy. The link can be sent... but once you have it you can save it as it is the same
link every time.
If you can't locate it, you can always find it here and just click on it when it's time for your appt.
If you have either cancelled, missed or simply need to change your appointment, you may click on the link and it will bring you into Practice Fusion, the electronic medical record, and will allow you to choose another appointment time that is available.
-It will then send me your choice for me to review and give final approval
-Once I've approved, you'll be notified
My practice uses the SPRUCE App to make phone CALLS, to TEXT, send/receive SECURE MESSAGES, send receive EMAILS, and for electronic EFAXING online.
You can do this directly through the app, by calling the practice numbers and emails, or even on a tablet.

My practice electronic medical record platform is Practice Fusion. I do all my charting (notes), scheduling and send my prescriptions to the pharmacy from this platform.
-You will receive appt. reminders from Patient fusion, which is the patient portion of this platform.
